Vouchers automatically added to checkout
Most vouchers we send through email or notification will be linked to your account. This means you’ll see them when you get to checkout.
To use a voucher for an order, select that voucher during checkout. Once selected, we’ll deduct the voucher amount from your order total. You’ll see this in the summary at the bottom of the checkout page.
You can then pay the reduced amount.
Vouchers you need to add to checkout
If you don’t see your voucher at checkout, you’ll need to add it.
To do this, select ‘Add voucher’ at checkout and enter the voucher code. From there, we’ll automatically deduct the voucher amount from your order total. You’ll see this in the summary at the bottom of the checkout page.
If you decide you’d like to use the voucher for a different order, you can deselect it. We’ll save it at checkout for you so you won’t need to add the voucher code again.
You can then pay the reduced amount.
Voucher conditions
There might be some conditions for how you can use your voucher.
Possible voucher conditions include:
Expiry date: you can only use your voucher before this date.
Minimum final bid: you can only use your voucher on an order that has a final bid at or above the minimum.
You’ll see these conditions in the email or notification you receive about your voucher and at checkout.
Conditions that apply to all vouchers include:
Single use: you can only use a voucher once, even if your final bid is less than the voucher value.
Only one per order: you can only use one voucher per order.
