Most vouchers are automatically linked to your account and appear at checkout.

How to apply a voucher

To use a voucher, select it at checkout. The voucher amount will be deducted from your order total.

If your voucher isn’t visible, select Add voucher at checkout and enter the code manually.

Using a voucher on a different order

You can deselect a voucher and use it on a different order. You don’t need to enter the code again.

Where to check the discount

The voucher amount is shown in your checkout summary.

Important to know

• A voucher can only be used once, even if your order total is lower than the voucher value

Other conditions that may apply

Some vouchers may also have extra conditions, such as:

• An expiry date
• A minimum final bid amount

If a voucher has a minimum final bid, the order must meet or exceed that amount. Shipping costs and the Buyer Protection fee aren’t included.
