Supplied with original Parker Ballpen Blue refill "M" medium tip (writing) - Note: I had to replace the refill after taking pictures because it ceased to write, so the refill supplied is a similar one in writing order. Engraved on cap lip: PARKER - STERLING SILVER - MADE IN U.S.A. - Logo. Refill injector mechanism through the push of the cap. All cleaned and shiny ! No case or Instructions supplied, sorry.
