Besides in his home country, where he played for Cruzeiro and SC Corinthians, he also played for PSV, FC Barcelona, Internazionale, Real Madrid, AC Milan in Europe.

1) If you make a bid on or more of our objects please be aware that for several reasons transport delays are currently unavoidable. Delays from 2 to more weeks are at the moment more of a rule than an exception especially when your item had to pass local customs. It is almost impossible to get recent status updates from the delivery companies other that the regular status updates. So please DO NOT MAKE A BID, if you do not accept this. The only promise we can make is that your item will be sent out registered and insured within 3 days after payment. It is your responsibility to follow the tracking information which we provide you as soon as an item has been sent out. Many delivery companies do not leave a "not at home" note todays when the do not find you at home. In that case you normally will receive an email with information where to pick up your item, or information for a new delivery appointment, depending on the delivery company. Even sometimes you will receive no information. One way or another, you can always see the status in the tracking information, which is your responsibility. If you do not pick up your item within a week, at the distribution point, it will be sent back to us and you need to pay re-shipping fee to us before we sent it back to you again. Again, so please follow the tracking information to avoid these extra costs. IN GENERAL, ALWAYS CHECK AND AGREE SHIPPING FEE BEFORE YOU MAKE A BID. So do not make a bid if you do not agree and do not accept this. Shipping fee is not the same as porto, but includes much more like In- and outside packaging, insurance, express delivery costs, cost for filling in custom papers, costs for packing and registration which we outsource to a thirth party, Costs for bringing items to delivery office, petrol etc, 24 hrs posting service, etc etc. We communicate our postal rates in advance. DO NOT MAKE A BID IF YOU DO NOT AGREE THIS. The information in tracking info is ALWAYS leading. If trackininfo confirms that an item has been delivered than this is leading even when a customer claims an item has not been received. DO NOT MAKE A BID IF YOU DO NOT AGREE THIS. The only thing im such a case is that we can ask the delivery company for a leniency refund but we have no influence in what they decide. We use several distribution companies for delivery. We never know in advance which shipping company will be used for transport. This has to do with rates, shipping time, insurance, country of destination, etc etc. In case the shipping fee is overcharged for whatever reason we contact you 3 weeks after delivery (thats the moment we get paid out by Catawiki) and will compensate the overcharged fee you have to. No EU countries or Worldwide outside Europe we only refund with Paypal euro currency. No exceptions .

2) We provide new frames on the lots with signed photos and sometimes display cases with gloves and caps. Due to the Corona crises our deliverers do not deliver consistently at the moment. Although we try to avoid this as much as possible, this can result in the fact that you receive another frame or display case than is described in the auction description. Sometimes items have a used frame. We always mention this in auction description. It is unavoidable that these used items and frames sometimes have little scratges. These items are collectables with a history so PLEASE DO NOT MAKE A BID if you do not agree this.

3) If there is a problem with your delivery, CONTACT US FIRST before you contact CATAWIKI. We solve problems quickly as our feedback profile also indicates. If you contact Catawiki first and not me, they will always open a dispute and then it is out of our hands. A dispute procedure is undesirable for both buyer and seller and is a long often unsatisfied viscous annoying procedure.

4) Bidder from UK and other outside EU countries; Before you make a bid, please contact us about shipping costs. As we have an outstanding stock at Catawiki, it is possible that some lots still have old shipping rates which are not actually described in auction description. That means, that it is possible that you have paid wrong (read low) shipping costs to Catawiki and you first have to pay us separately the extra shipping fee amount before we will ship your item. This additional shipping payment will take place by money transfer into our iban account. Please always check your local custom duties and other financial obligations before you make a bid. The buyer (not the seller) is always responsible for these extra costs which have no relationship to the shipping fee that you have already paid to us. In general, overcharged shipping fee will be always compensated 3 weeks after we have been paid out by Catawiki and we will contact you automatically for that

5) We always ship combined, even if you have won lots on separate Catawiki auctions. Because for technical reasons, it is possible that Catawiki still charge you separate shipping fee for different lots. You have to contact us and provide us your iban number. 3 weeks after delivery, we get paid by Catawiki and will refund the double shipping costs to you.
 
6) We only ship to a private address. Because of our personal bad experiences we do not ship to a business address in whatever form. If you do not agree to this, PLEASE DO NOT MAKE A BID. We make no exceptions to this rule.

7) We provide (new in seal) basic budget frames with our products. If a frame is damaged during transport it normally will also destroy the photo. A frame is replaceable, a high collectable signed photo is not. That's why we ship frame and photo separate in the box. You only have to open frame and put the photo in it to make it shine. If this is a problem for you, please don't make a bid. IF THIS IS A PROBLEM FOR YOU, PLEASE DO NOT MAKE A BID !

8) We sometimes sell stock items, signed at private or public signing sessions. So there is a possibility that your autographed item differs slightly from the photo on Catawiki. However, we always provide our COA with you item for authenticity. Don't make a bid if you don't agree to this please.
