This is the first series of 1972, edition G.W. Breughel !! In 1939/1940 Maurits Escher made his second Metamorphosis. In the second version, the beginning and the end are the same, creating a cycle that represents eternity and infinity. The 4 posters can be hung up next to each other, to follow and undergo the entire metamorphosis. Once framed this produces an almost four meter long artwork from M.C.
